Purpose designed and built as a spacious luxury guest house, Broad Bay House is based on a traditional island design, equipped and decorated to a high quality contemporary style. Soft colours, natural woods, outstanding local original artwork and sympathetic furnishing provide a relaxing environment. A highlight of the house is the large dining/lounge area, which has a vaulted ceiling and windows on three sides all providing lovely views of the coast, and a solid fuel stove makes life cosy when the weather demands.

The Environment

We seek to be as environmentally friendly as possible and we are working towards a Green Tourism Gold award. The house was built using energy efficient construction materials and we recycle everything we possibly can. For guests staying more than 1 night, we offer fresh towels daily only on request and bed linen will be changed every five days unless you request a more frequent change.
