Room 4

We have 4 luxury guest rooms, all very spacious with en-suite facilities. All rooms are furnished in contemporary solid oak and equipped with flat screen Smart TV, DVD player, a Bluetooth speaker and bedside wireless charging. Comfy leather chairs provide space to relax and enjoy the outlook, and a step through the personal patio doors is a decking area, with outdoor seating and the view! If you need to work, each room has a desk, free high speed wireless broadband connection and USB sockets.

A good night’s sleep is assured with luxury mattresses, fine Egyptian cotton bed-linen and goose-down duvets. For those with allergies synthetic duvets and pillows are available on request.

All rooms are provided with a Nespresso coffee machine and a complimentary hospitality cupboard containing a range of teas, premium cafetiere coffee, biscuits and fresh fruit. There is a mini fridge in each room for fresh milk.

 

Room 4 faces east and looks out over stunning sea views across the Minch to the Scottish mainland. The patio doors open onto the shared decking area which surrounds the entire east wing of the house and the whole area is bathed in the early morning light.

 

The bed is a solid oak king size double. Perfect for all couples, this warm, cosy and stylish room is popular for it's amazing sea views.

The large, luxury en-suite has a large walk-in shower area with power shower, an over-sized wash basin and mist free mirror to make the most of the luxury toiletries.

 

Like all rooms at Broad Bay House, the room is equipped to the highest of standards, with solid oak furniture, Italian leather armchairs, hair dryer, super-soft bathrobes, complimentary slippers, a selection of local books & maps, torch, fan, magnifying vanity mirror, magazines, pillow mist, gorgeous fluffy towels and luxury Molton Brown toiletries.
